In addition to the online training package, there are also purchasing options for face to face training and guidance.

Option 1 is for the programme to be delivered in a classroom setting by a Good Manager Guide accredited trainer. There will be ten days of training sessions, with attendees undertaking learning and activities that meet the rigorous quality standards to achieve a CMI Recognition Certificate and one year of CMI membership. Remember, also, that the face-to-face training, guidebooks, video-podcasts and associated portfolio of activities have been mapped against the requirements for Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship Standards at Level 3.

Option 2 is to purchase our training pack and deliver the Good Manager Guide in-house by one of your own trainers. We can provide guidance and assistance as required, and you will receive a helpful pack that includes 70 pages of Training Plans with detailed guidance, PowerPoint slides and on-the-day handouts.

Option3 is to purchase a mentoring session with John Carter, the creator and driving force behind the Good Manager Guide.
