It was the Greek philosopher Heraclitus who said that ‘change is the only constant’ and those words are just as relevant to the modern world of business where the pace is growing ever quicker.
In the first part of the guidebook we’ll look at decision making and problem-solving, largely in the early stages of a project when you are validating whether it’s definitely the right decision to go ahead with a change.
